REAL NEW! Original Koito bi-LED projectors
are unique LED projectors in the world from Koito company with integrated functions of the Low beam and the high beam. It is possible to achive the three types of light with the same projetor:
- the low beam LED light
- the High beam LED light . in this case there are two LED lights produced simulteneously : the activated High beam light and the Low beam light
- the LED Daytime running light. in this case LED source produces the low amount of light .

Despite these Koito BI-LED projectors have much lower power consumption their light is better than many standard bi-xenon projectors output.
These LED projectors are REAL NEW ORIGINAL KOITO products, and that results in many benefits:
- They do not require any ballasts. (they work from 12V ! It is very convenient to make a retoffit by installing them instead of halogen projectors
- They produce a very bright and uniform light pattern (without any spots, dark places...). Moreover they are even brighter than many xenon/bi-xenon projectors, so it is possible to use them instead of old obsolete projectors in headlights.
- Their high quality provides reliable long work . All internal components used for their OEM production at Koito factory are special patanted LED source, Panasonic cooling fan...
- They have very low power consumption . For example, Such one LED module takes about 20W that is about 2.5 times lower than the usual 50w halogen bulbs, and about 1.8 times lower than a usual xenon 35w bulb. And it is much more economical than many non-OEM LED projectors with 100-150W. Such low power consumption results in additional fuel economy and a longer time for the activated Low/High beam lights to work without the engine switched On.
These projectors have different versions for various countries, their versiion is displayed on its body:
- EDT. it is for Europe / USA light distribution
- JDT. It is for Japan, UK, India...
- CDT, it is for China market.
We have such BI-LED projectors as for LHD ( LEFT hand drive) countries ( Germany, USA...) with EDT mark and for RHD ( RIGHT hand drive) countries ( Great Britain, Japan, India ...) with JDT mark. So, please, choose the propoer version in the option above.
We have two different models ( sometimes called as Gen 1 or Gen 2 versions), but their lighting performance is the same.
